Dr. Olajuwon Alabi

Dr Olajuwon Alabi is the CEO and Medical Director of South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital. He is a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynecologist, and a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, United Kingdom.

He is an expert in Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery (Minimally Invasive Surgery) and one of the leading experts in the field in Nigeria. His other areas of interest are Fibroid treatment, Infertility and Assisted Reproductive Techniques, Endometriosis Diagnosis and Treatment, High risk Pregnancy Care, and Recurrent Miscarriage.

Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist

    Dr Mary Beke

    Dr Mary Beke is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who joined the services of South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital in 2019. She received her medical education at the University of Ibadan and then proceeded for her residency in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Idi-Araba.

    She is a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons and was the winner of the Belo-Osagie Prize for the best candidate in the 2018 West African College of Surgeons fellowship exams in the Faculty of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is also a Fellow of the National Postgraduate College of Medicine of Nigeria.

    She is a member of the International Gynaecological Cancer Society (IGCS) and an associate member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Her interests are in maternal medicine, infertility, fibroids and other benign gynaecological conditions.

      Dr Iwuchukwu Iwe

      Dr Iwuchukwu Iwe is a Consultant Paediatrician at South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and an Associate Fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (Paediatrics). He is a highly skilled General Paediatrician with cognate experience in the Management of Paediatrics Outpatient Clinics. In the Management of Premature and Extreme Premature Babies and Babies with Perinatal Asphyxia, Neonatal Sepsis and Neonatal Jaundice, Dr. Iwe has a wealth of experience. 

      Dr Iwe had his undergraduate training at the University of Calabar, and postgraduate training at Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) and the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN).
