Cynthia Ojetola is a highly driven professional with a passion for Human Capital Management and Organizational strategy. She currently serves as the Head of Human Resources as well as the Chief Operating Officer for South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
She manages the entire operations of the hospital and supports strategic change management initiative, driving cost optimization/administrative effectiveness as well as greater efficiency in the areas of Talent acquisition, Development & Retention, Performance & HR Process improvement.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom.
She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, United Kingdom.
