Dr. Olajuwon Alabi

Dr. Olajuwon Alabi

Dr Olajuwon Alabi is the CEO and Medical Director of South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital. He is a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynecologist, and a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, United Kingdom.

He is an expert in Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery (Minimally Invasive Surgery) and one of the leading experts in the field in Nigeria. His other areas of interest are Fibroid treatment, Infertility and Assisted Reproductive Techniques, Endometriosis Diagnosis and Treatment, High risk Pregnancy Care and Recurrent Miscarriage.

Cynthia Ojetola
Group Managing Director
Cynthia Ojetola

Cynthia Ojetola is the Group Managing Director of Bloom Fertility Clinic Limited and South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

She manages and oversees the business operations, provides strategic leadership, drive strategic organization growth and responsible for the overall performance of the business. She is a strategic leader who drives the organization to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom.

She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, United Kingdom.

Sunny Ekhalume
Chief Operating Officer
Sunny Ekhalume

Sunny Ekhalume is the Chief Operating Officer of South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital. He oversees the hospital’s daily operations and contributes to the development and implementation of strategies for achieving the hospital’s objectives.

Ekhalume is a management and sales/marketing professional with over twenty-five years of experience in business management, strategic leadership and management of people and material resources. He has worked previously in pharmaceutical, FMCG and telecommunication sectors.

He is volunteer at the policy commission of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), and an alumnus of the FATE (Fola Adeola Training for Entrepreneurs) Foundation.

Ekhalume has an MBA (Marketing Management) and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. He is a member of the following professional associations:

Donald Osaze Igbinovia
Chief Finance Officer
Donald Osaze Igbinovia

Donald Osaze Igbinovia is the Chief Finance Officer of South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

He holds a B.SC in Accounting from the University of Benin and an MBA major in Finance from Edinburgh Business School in the United Kingdom. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria-ICAN and also has a Diploma certificate in IFRS.

He has over 14 years’ working experience in strategic finance process implementation, workflow integration, human capital development and Cashflow management.

He has worked in the retailing, FINTECH and hospitality sector before joining Southshore Women’s and Children’s Hospital in January, 2022.

Ekeoma Emenyonu-Imuze
General Manager
Ekeoma Emenyonu-Imuze

Ekeoma Emenyonu- Imuze is the General Manager of South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She is an accomplished business strategist with over 14 years of experience, in divesting portfolios and harnessing technology to develop profitable growth strategies, across the Health Care, FMCG, and Financial industries, within Nigeria and the United Kingdom. In her current capacity, Ekeoma is responsible for patient experience and executing strategic initiatives through business development and curating and leveraging external partnerships. Before joining Southshore, Ekeoma was the Clinic Manager, at Bridge Clinic one of the premier IVF clinics in Nigeria. Here she was responsible for the facility’s daily operations and financial management. Ekeoma’s experiences are enhanced by her education experiences, having received a Master’s degree in Business Administration & Financial Management from the University of Plymouth, United Kingdom.

Folasade Adejolu
Business Development Manager
Folasade Adejolu

Folasade Adejolu is the Business Development Manager at South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She understands that continuous improvement of customer’s needs, client satisfaction and quality service delivery is highly essential for the growth and development of a healthcare business.  She is deeply passionate about business growth, sales and product development and has over the years tailored her experience within the business. Before South Shore, she has partnered with ‘Their World’ as a program coordinator. She holds a first degree in Industrial Chemistry and a second degree in Drug Discovery and Development from the University of Ibadan. She has further qualifications in administration, leadership and management from the University of Washington.

Oluwakemi Obilade
Head, Procurement
Oluwakemi Obilade

Ms. Oluwakemi Obilade is the Procurement Manager for Southshore Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

She studied at the College of Medicine, the University of Lagos where she bagged a Masters’ degree in Public Health. She is passionate about Maternal and Child Health; and the provision of excellent healthcare service delivery.

She has certifications in Project Management In Global Health, Leadership and Management in Healthcare from the University of Washington; and also Healthcare Financial Management.

She is a certified member of the Institute of Corporate and Business Affairs Management and looking forward to being a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

Pharm Nkem Idigo
Head, Pharmacy
Pharm Nkem Idigo

Pharm Nkem Idigo is the Head of Pharmacy department at South Shore Women & Children’s Hospital. She began her career as an intern at Military Hospital, Ikoyi, Lagos. Following her stellar performance during her internship, she was retained at Military Hospital for the compulsory one-year National Youth Service. At the end of the National Youth Service, she joined Reddington Hospital where she rose to the position of Acting Assistant Head of the Pharmacy Department in the year 2017. In the same year 2017, she joined South Shore where she has been till date.

 

Pharm Nkem is passionate about children and maternal health. She’s currently working on research that evaluates the role of pharmacists in curbing the menace of microbial resistance to antibiotics which is growing global health issue. She is also passionate about cancer research.

Pharm Nkem’s interest outside work includes travelling, going on hikes and recently has found love in proofreading articles and mentoring young pharmacy professionals.

 

Stanley Otitolaye
Head, Laboratory
Stanley Otitolaye

Stanley Otitolaye is a registered member of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria who holds a bachelor degree in Medical laboratory science and is currently the head of the Laboratory at SSWCH. His professional interest is focused on research in areas of human genomics and bioinformatics. He has previously worked at one of the topmost pathology labs before joining SSWCH in 2019. In addition he is a full time member of the Association of Medical laboratory Scientist of Nigeria and is also currently working on acquiring a master’s degree in Clinical Chemistry and Molecular diagnostic at the University of Lagos. He hopes to research on the use of gene therapy in the treatment of cancer and other rear diseases

Babatunde Adeoye
Head, IT
Babatunde Adeoye

Babatunde Adeoye is the Head of the IT department at South Shore Women & Children’s Hospital. He began his IT carrier in 2015, after he graduated from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic in 2011 as a business administrator. He has Front End Web development, PHP development, Computer engineering, and computer networking certifications. His specialty is sustainable layout solutions, Web designing, app improvement (with PHP, CSS, HTML5, XHTML, Javascript, jquery), WordPress, emblem layout (including emblem identity), SEO, online advertising, computer engineering, and computer networking services. Over the years Babatunde has developed IT solutions for many organizations including South Shore Human Resources Information System which is currently in use at the hospital. Babatunde believes every problem facing a business can be solved with the use of the right technology.
